Hi Sinners, I’m Sam! I’m 35 and from Northern California. I have been a part of the bookish community for 5 years now, but spent my whole life reading. I slashed into the booktok with my bookish themed workouts. As a certified fitness instructor, I love to combine my love of fitness and books together. Hi, I’m Brittany a dark romance enthusiast(although I dabble in everything from cowboys to erotic horror) and a Jersey girl.
The Cat and Mouse Duet by H.D. Carlton was my gateway into dark romance, and not to be dramatic… but I would die for that duet. It completely changed my reading journey & it will always be my favorite for that reason, and Zade Meadows (obviously)
And it was also the reason I started to create content I was like I NEED to talk about this, I literally had no idea what I was doing, and somehow it turned into this amazing, unexpected journey.
Some of my favorites (but definitely not limited to) are H.D. Carlton, Lola King, Leigh Rivers, ML Burns, Bailey Hannah, Harley Laroux, and Harleigh Beck. Anything they write I will gobble it up.

But this is supposed to be about me… so I make content about all kinds of books but mostly dark romance 😈 (I know why you’re here) occasional thirst traps, book recs etc… my favorite dark romance author is Leigh Rivers and if you haven’t read her Edge of Darkness trilogy READ IT IMMEDIATELY! Some of my other favorites are Harley Laroux’s Souls Trilogy and Rina Kent’s Legacy of Gods. I’ll read pretty much anything but Dark Romance and Fantasy are my top genres! Hey y’all. I’m Kara or better known as Krod (pronounced K Rod 😉). And I am SO EXCITED to be an influencer for Sinners & Seduction 2026! I am a southern mama from a small town in Georgia. While I was on maternity leave, I figured I’d read this book that I kept seeing all over my For You page and that’s where it all started. I created a bookstagram account in November of 2021 in hopes of connecting with like minded lovers of SMUT! And boy did I make the right decision! When I started my page back then, I never thought I would be where I am today. This page and the community has been a safe haven for me and I have met and connected so many of you. Hello! My name is Marylife! I gained my passion for reading at a young age of 10 and has considered myself a booknerd since then. I took a break from reading when I was in undergrad but rediscovered my love for reading back in 2020. I needed a way to cope after long hours of working as a nurse and found reading books as a great outlet to relieve stress! Shortly after, i decided to post book content on tiktok for fun and the rest is history! l love all things romance, especially DARK ROMANCE and romantasy! Other genres/subgenres I also really enjoy are Dark Mafia, Paranormal Romance and Romantic Suspense!

My favorite series is probably the Legacy of Gods series by Rina Kent and honestly, the whole Rinaverse is just Top Tier. I will recommend them to my grave!
